Collaboration Visit from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada

Dr. Paul M. Brett, Vice President of Memorial University of Newfoundland, visited our university and the Faculty of Marine Sciences and Technology. The visit aimed to discuss existing and potential collaborations, project initiatives, and faculty and student exchange programs.

During the meetings, Dr. Brett was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Murat Yiğit, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Yeşim Büyükateş, Vice Dean, and faculty members Prof. Dr. Sebahattin Ergün, Prof. Dr. Adnan Ayaz, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sevdan Yılmaz. Additionally, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yıldız, our university's International Relations Coordinator, participated in the discussions.

This collaboration is expected to enhance academic ties and promote joint research and educational opportunities between the two institutions.
