ÇOMU has already made it its purpose to take steps to maximise the international cooperation and bilateral agreements  have been signed with several universities around the world in this direction. 

The procedures to follow : 

Our draft copy of Agreement of Cooperation  can be downloaded from this link and edited according to the requirements of both parties. Also, if  you prefer to use different template, please send us your draft copy  for us to examine. 

ÇOMU also has to ask for the  approval of  University Senate and and Turkish Higher Education Council.  It may take some time but we will inform you as soon as the approvals were received.  

Then, the agreement will be  prepared in two original copies,  signed by the Rectors of the universities and each party  retain one original copy.
